Everything was set by 10 am and we called taxi to go to the airport. Noe was really excited about going and he kept saying "wee wee wee", which means, airplane (and cars, and boats).
My uncle Oka Wisnupada Antara's music video is on YouTube. Let's see if he got more hit than My Cubicle. As of today I got 170,000+ hits for both karaoke/non-karaoke versions. I bet this video below will hit 1 million in no time. Wanna bet?
My brother Yodhi introduced me to Borat. I wished I had known him earlier as he embodies the aura of most decent men on earth. Borat Sagdiyev (Cyrillic: Борат Сагдиев) ("born" July 30, 1979) is a Kazakh journalist that you should pay attention to.
To start with, you may view this video at your own will. Try to refrain from laughing, especially if you are watching this in a mosque, synagogue, public library, goat farm or mental institution:
The first narrative-feature film shot in Cuba in 47 years is now available for you to see. It is called Love & Suicide by Luis Moro. Rumor has it that Fidel Castro watched Love & Suicide - and ruptured his intestine. Castro was immediately hospitalized
This morning I took Rani and Noe to Changi Airport to fly to Boston for a week. This will be the first trans-pacific travel for Noe and also the first long-haul trip with a young toddler for Rani (yup, Noe gets an infant airfare, not child).
Space Invaders was the first video game that I ever played in an arcade. My father used to take us (Anggi, Indi and Yodhi) to Mayestik (Majestic) in South Jakarta during on weekends in the early 1980s. He gave us coins to play this marvelous game of Space Invaders because we never owned ATARI, Nintendo nor VCR (we were poor, you see).
I thought you may wanna see this motion picture on You Tube:
My Cubicle - Motion Picture shot, directed, edited by Judhi Prasetyo. He used his trustworthy Canon 20D with various lenses to capture the essence of my professionalism at work.
The sources of inspiration:
1. PATRYK REBISZ: Between You And Me, which was made using Canon EOS 20D;
In light of our preparation to visit Cuba in December 2006, Rani and I have been reading so many books about the place as well as watching films with the same subject.
If you have an interest in Cuba, Fidel Castro or Che Guevara, I'd like to recommend you to watch a documentary film on Fidel Castro that I borrowed from National Library in Singapore. The film title is "Fidel: The Untold Story", a film by Estella Bravo readily available at Amazon.com. Please, let me know what you think about the film, good or bad.
There are two things that caught our attention during last week’s trip in West Sumatra.
First thing is the unique signs that can be found along the way. Second is how vehicle here is always intricately decorated.
Let me present to you the second thing: about the unique decorations on buses and trucks in West Sumatra.
